Paul began his career in the automotive industry in 1995. From Fleet Sales Manager to General Manager in a just a few short years, he has always been focused on finding new ways to delight and deliver for his customers. In 2003 Paul opened Lease Options Ltd in Northern Ireland. After 11 successful years of year on year growth, Paul has realigned the business with finance mobility and the new and innovative ways to keep people mobile. With this move came a new name and brand – Traction. Paul’s attributes his many long term business relationships to his passion for delivering superior customer service. His own personal values of integrity, fairness and honesty influence all aspects of the business, as he endeavours to give his customers the very best value for money. A brilliant sporting competitor, Paul has a natural ability to remain calm, level headed and extremely focused in any situation. He puts a great deal of thought into all his decisions, ensuring staff and customers always receive a fair outcome.
Sam has more than 30 years’ experience in finance and management within the manufacturing and service sectors. The knowledge he has gained across a range of disciplines provides him with a unique perspective when developing our processes to meet the needs and expectations of our customer base. Systematic, logical and professional in his approach, he takes pride in achieving profitable results in an efficient manner.
Robert is an experienced motor industry professional with almost 20 years of experience dealing with both individuals and corporate clients in all industries. He is fully accredited by the Institute of Bankers to give advice on and sell financial products and is also on the Council of the Vehicle Leasing Association of Ireland. Robert has a very strong customer focus, building trust and confidence while establishing excellent long term relationship. His dedication to customer satisfaction is evident by a loyal customer base and a willingness to always go that extra mile.
Gary has varied expertise in the motor industry, beginning as an apprentice to a fully qualified vehicle technician, then fleet engineer and has now resided as maintenance manager for Traction, totalling his overall experience within the motor industry to over 20 years. He takes full ownership of Tractions entire fleet and treats the business as his own, handling all servicing and maintenance. A reliable decision maker and the “go to guy” for any maintenance enquiries, remains extremely controlled in difficult situations, staying completely focused on customer goals and keeping all our customers mobile. Described by Paul, as being “totally committed to the business, he manages the whole maintenance process and has a wealth of knowledge which is imperative in this role, he develops great relationships with customers and always looks at the bigger picture for the company when dealing with customers. Very fair when dealing with appraisals and end of contract vehicles.” Described by his colleagues as never having seen him “lose his cool, temper or professionalism with any situation, no matter what the provocation! His word is his bond, honest and dependable. He is the epitome of calm, cool and collected, organised, an expert at getting the best price for our customers. Nothing is too much trouble. Always remains determined to produce optimum efficiency, provides strong leadership and technical expertise to maintain and resolve all maintenance problems His ultimate priority is ensuring all our customers are kept up and running and addresses any enquiries efficiently and effectively.”
Ryan’s title does not cover the many roles he contributes to within Traction and the selfless contributions he makes to go above and beyond his role as Used Car Manager. He has been working within the motor industry since he was 16 spanning nearly 2 decades of experience, he has an extreme passion and great appreciation for all things motor operated and acquires a vast amount of knowledge within the business. He is a dedicated, loyal and valued member of staff who consistently strives to ensure perfection in every area of the business and gets a great sense of satisfaction when exceeding customer expectations. Described by Paul, as being “Extremely committed to the business, has developed well into his current role of disposing of our end of contract vehicles. Having served his time as a mechanic he like Gary has a great knowledge and understanding of the business. Gets on well with customers and is very honest and trustworthy.” Described by his colleagues as “always wears the Traction uniform with great pride– he is a loyal, reliable, key member of the business– when Ryan is not around, his absence is felt by all! He is a Jack of all trades, he helps in every department within the business and never lets any customer he works with down– he is a perfectionist, a loyal member of staff and an attribute to the business.”
Having previous motor trade experience focused mainly on new and used car sales, but also extending into motorcycle sales and commercial vehicle sales, Matthew’s previous customer facing roles have given him an understanding of the importance of always listening to the client and understanding their needs. Matthew’s first priority is customer satisfaction. He is an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who understands that referral business from satisfied customers is key to Traction’s success. Demonstrating great communication, enthusiasm and integrity, Matthew keeps the best interests of Traction clients at heart.
Victoria is an extremely driven and motivated individual with 17 years sales experience achieving team targets, personal and company goals. She prides herself on organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks with effective time management. Victoria has excellent communication skills enabling her to develop strong relationships with new and existing customers securing high customer retention.
